If you live in Colorado and are going through immigration proceedings, you can contact me and request to have an immigration evaluation, or if your attorney encourages you to get one, please contact me. The evaluation will help your attorney and the court get a better picture of who you are and what you have overcome.
IMMIGRATION EVALUATIONS TYPES
If you experience domestic violence from your U.S. citizen spouse, you may reach out and ask for an evaluation to assess the psychological impact this has had on you, under VAWA (Violence Against Women Act Immigration Petitions). This ACT allows both women and men who have been physically, sexually and/or mentally abused by their U.S. citizen spouse to be protected from such abuse.
* The fee for this evaluation is $1500
If you are facing deportation and you have a spouse, children, or parents who are U.S. citizens, they can apply for an immigration waiver on your behalf because the deportation will cause extreme hardship to the family you will be leaving behind. When they do that, you can reach out and request for an Extreme Hardship Evaluation that falls under the Extreme Hardship Immigration Petitions. Your attorney will let you know what is considered extreme hardships.
* The fee for this evaluation is $1500
You can also reach out to me for an immigration psychological evaluation when applying for a U-Visa if you are undocumented in the U.S and have experienced substantial physical or mental abuse or have been a victim of a crime by a U.S. citizen and you helped the police with the investigation and prosecution of that person.
* The fee for this evaluation is $1500
You can also reach out to me if you are applying for a T-visa because you have been a victim of human trafficking and need a psychological evaluation to demonstrate the severe impact this has had on you and the severe impact it will have on you if you are deported.
* The fee for this evaluation is $1500
I can also provide a psychological evaluation for people seeking political asylum from their countries of origin to demonstrate how the abuse or persecution in the country of origin extremely impacted them and how this abuse can impact them in the future if deported back.
* The fee for this evaluation is $1500
I can also provide a psychological evaluation for people who are applying to become U.S. citizens and need to request an exemption from taking the English test. I assess for mental health conditions that have lasted or are expected to last 12 months or more and impair the person's ability to take the citizenship exam.
* The fee for this evaluation is $1100
Being an immigrant myself, I understand first hand what it is like to go through the immigration system. I also have extensive experience with immigrants from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. I have specialized training in trauma, evaluations for asylum seekers, substance abuse evaluations, as well as domestic violence training.
I am painfully aware of the importance of getting these reports to the courts as soon as possible, and place great importance on my attention to detail and providing quick turnaround times.
I work with you and the timeframe you have to ensure that you get an appointment as soon as possible. I also work hard to complete your comprehensive evaluation within a two week period. If you have a short window of time to get the report in to the court, I offer expedited services when necessary for an additional fee.
Please note: I do not provide Expert Witness Services and Courtroom Testimony.
I carry out detailed and thorough mental health assessments that provide a bigger picture on what you are going through and how impactful deportation can be to you and your family. I work closely with immigration attorneys, and if you do not have an attorney, I can provide you with a list of lawyers that are experienced in immigration matters.
There will be a series of interviews, there will also be forms filled out, and then there will be psychological assessments. Once I gather all that information, I will compile it into a detailed psychological assessment that you can use in your court proceedings.
Expect the Immigration hardship evaluations to consist of: -
2-3 hours of interviews or assessments, 2-3 hours of interpretation, there will also be some collaboration with your attorney
and then report-writing for a total of about 10 hours
My prices are competitive and reasonable. Please note that I accept cards, cash, Cashier's Checks, and Money Orders for this type of service. If you pay with a credit/debit card, there will be an additional processing fee.

Resources
I provide you with resources to help you on this healing journey, if needed, as this evaluation is not therapy.
The name of my practice holds a deep personal meaning to me. It symbolizes the quiet strength that comes from within when we find balance amidst life’s challenges. Peace is not the absence of struggle, but the calmness we cultivate in our hearts when we face our difficulties with resilience.
I chose this name because I believe that true healing begins with inner peace—the kind of peace that helps us release fear, restore hope, and reconnect with ourselves and others.
