You are definitely in the right place if you are experiencing any of these issues: tension, stress, depression, anxiety, self-image issues, co-dependency issues, other effects of trauma, relationship issues, feeling rejection, abandonment, disappointment, hopelessness, shame, breach of trust and many other feelings, This is because I provide perspective, I am a good listener, nonjudgmental, and provide an approachable atmosphere to share your pain and gain some insight into your story.
I focus on healing the mind, body and spirit and helping individuals become more aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by using different treatment modalities that I talk about during our consultation session.

in whichever direction the journey takes you. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain or learn to manage it in a healthy way, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

The name of my practice holds a deep personal meaning to me. It symbolizes the quiet strength that comes from within when we find balance amidst life’s challenges. Peace is not the absence of struggle, but the calmness we cultivate in our hearts when we face our difficulties with resilience.
I chose this name because I believe that true healing begins with inner peace—the kind of peace that helps us release fear, restore hope, and reconnect with ourselves and others.
